‘‘
I had the privilege of serving with Spur Afrika for nine years, beginning as a volunteer in 2014 and officially joining the team in 2015. Every moment was deeply meaningful.
Through education, mentorship, and intentional care, I witnessed firsthand how hope can be restored and lives transformed. Spur Afrika shaped me professionally, personally, and spiritually, strengthening my leadership and deepening my faith.
I’m grateful to still participate in the mentorship programme whenever I can. Spur Afrika is proof that poverty can be addressed through thoughtful, long-term investment. Sometimes, all a young person needs is someone who believes in them and walks alongside them—and Spur Afrika does exactly that.
I remain honoured to be part of its story.
